thanks for your suggestion. i would keep that in mind when OBT comes. still experimenting for the best FS build i can get. 
some says sacra is worthless going level 10? it should be level 1 only?

It isnt completely worthless, but return on investment per point spent is very low: you get +40 holy property damage on skills (per hit) or 120 on auto attacks (40 from main hit - can crit, 80 additional - cannot crit). Sounds good on paper, but you waste 5 skill points of Priest C3 that you could have put elsewhere (Resurrect/Revive) because difference between lvl 5 and lvl 10 is only 16 holy property damage per hit.
And lvl 1 has half the potency of level 5 (adds 12 damage per hit) and lasts long enough to have it up 100% of time. I think that getting additional 28 damage for 9 skill points is a waste.
IMO it is about min-maxing with your build. If you are going to c2 monk you really don’t need more than 2 points in res(for the revive attribute), and other skills like aspersio are more for support builds. You only need 1 point in monstrance for the dex buff so you have a lot of points to play with.
I understand the topic is about full support, but speaking generally there are situations where 10 sac 15 blessing is not a waste.
