There werenāt any details so it might be under specific circumstances. Also the way you asked that question to support made me laugh.
No idea, there is just a type of item called coat, you can see it in the market tab. Papaya said that they hadnāt seen coats them self just knew they were going to exist.

would be interesting to know if coat means the clothes named coat or stands for ācoat of armsā, which is Ā± heraldry and would add specific symbols onto your clothes/shield, maybe it even is represented as a banner/flagā¦

That would be awesome. You could even get a guild coat of arms so you could be all unified. Everyone would reroll to Hoplites if that happened.
Bumping this as a reminder that it happened almost a week ago now with no real big news or anything. ToS still living in the dark ages and has been for almost a year. No follow ups or announcements to be seen from what happened here either. If they want players to stop being negative all the time then some positive needs to come out of this stuff.
