Fedimian is fine (if borederline), I can usually get a group for almost anything…just not after 11pm. 
Well, eventually people started pouring in. I sat there for a good 40 minutes before que struck, so about 10 PM EST people started queing up on Klap for what is a less popular dungeon it seems.
Missions I never have an issue with. I’ve gotten runs at 2 AM. Maybe a 5-10 min wait. This is below 200 however, haven’t struck the high levels yet on my new char. May be longer, who knows.
