Holy ■■■■! Is this ■■■■■■■ real IMC? 30 days?! Are you ■■■■■■■ kidding us?!
Ask staff to teleport all bugged guildmates to their starting locations (Orsha/Klaipeda). I had this issue when my GM tried to summon me and support solved this problem in 5 tickets. LMAO.

Pathetic “support” from IMC. They should be ashamed of the speed and quality at which they amswer, if ever.
I hope your problem gets solved but don’t count on it, I and my guildmates created various tickets, some for game breaking bugs and never a good answer.
My guild tower spawned into oblivion last week, it was “spawned” but invisible, so nobody could access it and I couldn’t remove it. Created a ticket that was answered 5 days later with “log off steam and reboot your computer” (not a joke).

Honestly I think there might be 2 people working on support, and they probably never played the game properly. They seem oversaturated and clueless. At this point it’s pretty safe to guess that this will not change and ultimately be one of the game’s downfalls, sadly :x
