After today’s maintenance, Plague Doctor skill ‘Fumigate’ isn’t working as intended. It should cleanse you and/or allies with rank 3 status ailments, but it’s not applying it right now.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Get debuffed.
- Use ‘Fumigate’.
- Step on it.
- Nothing happens.
