I have the same problem too! Happening randomly since the start of this beta.

I see the background flickering in some open maps, donā€™t know if itā€™s related. Will record if happens again. Anyway:

I think I found what is causing the flickering and anomalies. Itā€™s the smoke stacks that come out of the chimneys. For some reason they are blinking on/off in certain positions and in general when moving.

Sometimes when I play,my screen goes black or white for a split second too

also ā€¦that wont blink if you have your vertical sync on ā€¦it seems (tried it just now)
random graphical tearing and flickering still appear though ā€¦and those smoke particle thing is not the problem
