I got stuck in a dungeon with a friend, i couldn’t even get the cube from the dungeon and now i can’t even log out lol

Edit: i’m on orsha server

Everybody’s facing it.
We cannot pass the menu/main screen (we cannot enter in the server, cannot reach the lodge).
It’s like a general server freezing.
You cannot switch maps, enter any instances, pick up or use any items, etc… The servers aren’t responding at all.
If you try to relog, you cannot enter at all.

Only NA servers are down.
SEA, SA and EU are fine, I tested them.

Ive tried to verify integrity. Now Im redownloading every patch ever. =D

only NA servers /20 characters

Klaipeda and Orsha servers only, rest are fine

I have this issue too.
First I couldnt interact with quest’s NPC
I could still fight mob and kill it, but I couldnt pick up items from floor
I couldnt use consumables either
Now I can not login

Yes, I’m currently reading the numbers, I think I found the cause relaying to the team for fix.
