Literally can’t get past loading screens at the moment.

Had same issue earlier (like 8h ago?), stuck 8 times in loading screen, then got through once, then stuck several times again.
Verified game at first, which took half an hour or so, didn’t help jack of course, still stuck, so I gave up and went planning my sh1tbuilds in mspaint.
So are the server is still down?(Fedmian at least)
Still can’t login in to my characters 
Guess everybody’s decided to join the server today to get ready for the patch.
