This guy was there all night make people who actually grind there feel very downhearted here a video you can clearly see the different in reaction of normal player and bot.

How many reports does it take to ban a single player proven to be botting?
And that is not the only case of seemingly immortal bots:
It took over 30 topics to get Snowdance banned and the other two bots mentioned are still untouched even tough @STAFF_John replied to that topic. How is that possible?
I donāt play on that server but seeing things like this is really dishearteningā¦
Players sacrifice their precious time to provide proof of botting because their gaming experience gets ruined and all they see is how nothing changes. This is what makes players quit the game.

Please, hire a team of GMs, at least one for every server, dedicated to banning those bots. Iām sure there are a lot of people that would do it for free.

I was in dina bee like 2 3 weeks ago, and the bot is still there channel 4 dina bee Varena.
This doesnāt look like a problem of how many GM, looks something else, because if you are responsible for it and you already know who to ban you donāt do it, then is something else but i wont say what it is, i think we all know what anyway.

they do take this serious but less serious than making real people quit the game.

Im almost there in "quit the game " since this game is major BOT infested and no punishment for botter even when caught lol its like their banning method are for selected player only and dont apply to those high profile player. #TreeOfBot

people never quit this game they just embrace the Bot farming besides mission and dungeon are not bots so you can talk to them this game is very popular very very popularā¦
