haha let’s hope so! i’m eagerly waiting to go in and play as well but this is just upsetting from our ISPs :frowning:

yup, sometimes my maxis broadband will have problem as well, the one that will remove newly download patch for some unknown reason lol :sweat:

but so far none of these problem that I encounter had occur more than 1 day, so just bare with it for 1 day then the next day the problem will be gone

Have you tried manually changing your wifi/lan adapter DNS?

I tried several ways and it worked let me play and i closed it and reopen the game and back to square 1 lol

you mean using google DNS? there’s a link here, i only done this before a few times, but it doesn’t always work, so i end up just use a VPN lol

What vpn ur using tho ? Are they free and permanent?

currently i’m using windscribe, it’s free but there is bandwidth limit, but since i’m only use it for this game, it doesn’t matter.

there are other as well, such as hotspotShield or openVPN (this one a bit more complicated to setup)

hotspot has a 7 day trial and then ip cant be used anymore i think o.o

or at least thats what i know last time lol

so if i wanna use windscribe for the same purpose as u just to open game and dc it is enough ?

i see, haven’t used that in a while, maybe they change it

this is should be more towards our ISP problem, so the game maintenance wont be able to fix it. I’ll say just keep it, i keep a copy on my pc and use it whenever i have some strange connection problem.

You can just use it for today and if the problem is gone tomorrow, you can just remove it, so far i never encounter a time where the problem persist for more than 1 day.

i see, good luck :+1: , VPN should be able to temporary assist you, since it work for me. if you don’t want to use windscribe, tunnelbear (i only used the mobile version) is also another vpn.

its such a turn off playing game tht require vpn for me T.T

im on the edge of quitting now ugh

i just got windscribe well i can play now hahaha but friends told me to reinstall steam later

but after disconnecting vpn i cant play o.o

i think its my isp problem then ? :o

Is because ISP have problem that we use VPN to fix it.

after disconnect it, do you wait till the game kick you to char select screen?
