EXP Cards from leticia cube gone?

So yeah the EXP Cards that i got back then from the leticia cube are gone, i was gonna use them to level up my alts, FIX Please

Cant even share those through team storage.

Odd i got cards from those cubes, the indications says they werent sharable so i didnt even bother trying, and checking my char right now, my xp cards are gone too.

And the event chest has disappeared, from the step to 100 event, it’s difficult with a blocked account, I try with another and you always find a way to screw me
