Well it may have something with location as I am player from EU 
Still it was working before but as i wrote earlier now Shout, party and market are down 
Still you can play just fine without it but i would like to at least have party chat 
i’m using a crappy weapon cus i cant buy a better one =*(
Has anybody found a fix to this? I’ve been saving for certain items and I’ve finally procured enough currency, but since the market is randomly broken at times, I can’t even buy the items I need ;_;
Only IMC can fix it when all those chat/shout/market up.
Figured. Was just wondering if somebody found a trick so around it. Similar to the log in screen error.

I definitely care, everyday I’m bugging imc for answers about this issue but they stay silent.
Market most likely can’t handle the stress of that many people acessing it at once and the system stops functioning. You don’t need “answers”, common sense and a little thinking leads you to it pretty easily.
This is an issue that they’ll work on but if they don’t kmow what steps they can take to fix it or if the problem is happening despite their attempts to fix it, there’s nothing we can do. Then they can always cite that this is within the expected parameters of a beta test and you just have to deal with it.
Most intelligent people wil realize the market is down around peak play hours, so the best time to buy your gear is on off-peak hours. Whenever I need to buy gear I set an alarm for 7:30AM EST and I can access the market just fine. Does this mean I have to shape my real life around ToS? Yeah, to a certain extent, but I am fine with that, and as a result I have all the gear I need.
So rather than complaining, you guys should find a workaround and move on with life.

It that was true than market would surely be crashing beginning of beta but it worked fine for the first 3 days at the highest peak with a little lag. The chat server is also affected and sometimes gem crafting. So your saying MASS ACCESS to the market at once cause chat server, market, and gem crafting to go down? Your far from intelligent so why don;t you climb down from your ladder and go troll somewhere else scrub…LOL…

No, people aren’t fine with it broken. Klaipeda on Laima had at least yellow on all channels but now it’s mainly white and dead as fk no matter the time of day. It’s been like this since they fkd up repair/npc prices. After they fixed it, you got a small increase that got back, only to leave again because this sht is out almost 24/7.

First of all, you’re free to make assumptions out of my statements, but that’s all they are, assumptions. If you feel dumb from what I said then that’s just you.
The beginning of the beta also had huge delays in NPC conversations, quest completion, EXP card usage, etc. They fixed that after the maintenance, and the market issues popped up around the same time. Whatever they changed around there solved one problem but has lead to another.
Gem crafting and chat server is stuff you’re bringing into this yourself and has nothing to do with the market. I don’t know about gem crafting but I know for a fact that I was able to access the market when chat server was having issues, so I don’t know what you’re trying to prove with that completely unrelated fact.
Yes, I’m saying that mass access means when there’s a shitton of players trying to buy, sell, or view things on the market all at once which can cause delays in processing and potentially lead to a crash. I’d like you to explain why is it that the market is generally up during the least played hours? Do you think the servers are “trolltards” like me and just purposely not being available when the most people are trying to access them?
And finally, nowhere did I state that mass market access causing crashes was a confirmed fact because I am obviously not an IMC employee and I don’t know what’s happening there. If that’s not what’s causing the market, chat, and other issues, that’s fine, I am offering an explanation that makes the most sense.
What I DID say is that market “most likely” can’t handle the stress of mass access. And if you’re smart you’ll try and figure out when the market is usually not down and try and buy your stuff around that time. I am not okay with a broken market, I do not like waking up 2 hours earlier than I need to just because I want to buy gear on an online game. But there’s nothing we can actively do that is going to expedite the process or make IMC figure out the problem faster, so its better to find a workaround until they fix an issue that they are already aware of.
But you wanna go around white-knighting the complaints of people with an attitude that says “I am entitled to experience no problems during a beta testing phase that is DESIGNED to work out bugs, server issues, and general problems with the game”? Even though they haven’t even spent a single dime on this game, they get the PRIVILEGE to access a game that hundreds more want to play even with all the bugs and issues, but can’t because they weren’t able to get keys.
I understand people being frustrated, but it’s like y’all just got on the forums to stir up general unrest and complain about things you can do nothing about.
There’s nothing one could stir up. There’s only matter of fact that it’s down frequently and for a long time with no update. (That we might start to think that there’s no effort to fix this)
Not to mention that we stir up nothing, at least in our perspective. At least, please respect this fact and not brand people that just speak out their mind.
Moreover, even if unrest takes place, There’re many ways to handle the crisis. Throwing some updates, findings or something that people could track the progress should do. This’s how professional IT guys work.

I’ll accept that’s true, there’s nothing wrong with discussing the market server issues. I personally think it would be more comforting if they added the marketplace issue to their list of known bugs/problems, but they haven’t even done that yet.
However, there’s already been other threads regarding the problem before this thread, and it’s nothing like the issue with repair prices a couple of days back which literally made the game unplayable for those that didn’t have a huge silver stack already. There’s things people can do about it; catch the market during low traffic hours, ask a friend to buy it for you when they can access the market and then pay them for it, etc. Asking for answers is one thing, but demanding it be fixed as if IMC specifically owes us anything is another.
So yeah, I’m right there in line with everyone waiting for an announcement regarding this issue, or better yet, a hotfix to resolve the issue.But complaining while we wait doesn’t really help anyone.
