Tree of Savior Forum

Everyone please calm down!

Erm, no. You do not have the right to complain if you have never paid for the video game directly. If you pay for the game you have the right to complain about a bugged video game. If you pay for item or more precisely virtual currency you have the right to complain about deleted virtual currency or bugged items. There are reason for the virtual currency in the Online game business. Gamers are really cute.

Tree of savior is not broken and buggy because of the community. That is utter horseshit and you all know it. There is no amount of b itching anyone can do in the forums or in game that will cause the party cutscene bug, unreasonable restrictions, server capacity errors, etc etc. These are errors most likely involving the game client and coding, not from another shitpost in the forums. And that’s not counting issues with TBL/GVG pvp.

The most you could say us that IMC heard people’s grief and buffed/nerfed classes according to community recommendations but we’ve for the most part, gotten buffs/nerfs that k tos got so it’s not like our complaints alone were the reason for those changes.

Stop saying that THE problem is the community while laying no blame on IMC. Whiteknights be whiteknighting so hard, they’re ■■■■■■■ right in the ■■■■■■■

It’s honestly a combination of the two. A shitty community does not help a game that is already in distress. It just makes it so the Dev’s do not want to speak with their player-base.

As mentioned before; Here’s looking at you Diablo 3.

And for f’cks sake; black knighting is just as bad as white knighting. (Not nec pointing at you because your points are valid.)

Amen, bro.

Time to play.

Implying IMC ever spoke to their player base to begin with, enjoy your automated responses.

They did actually and have actually. They don’t anymore, at-least not as often.

Well Everyone was able to Voice their opinions mostly without cussing, and its good to have these points to discuss, remember dont try to just attack people because they have a different point of view from you…

I respect everyone’s opinion who posted here, and you all have reasons for being annoyed.

patience is what i plead, and im just happy that a company tried to make a successor to ragnarok… cos lets face it, ragnarok 2 is just… pathetic…

Sure the bugs are produced by the developers but how to react and handle this situation is still an issue of the community. It is possible to broach the issue of bugs, bad class balance et cetera without meme-talk, spamming, flaming and so on. The community has the choice like the people has the choice in the issue of the migration.

Exactly, lately just look at how “gamers” as a whole have been portrayed.

Death threats to Journalists for merely reporting on delays on FFXV and No Mans Sky. It’s like the collective IQ of people who enjoy this medium mean nothing, because at the end of the day, there will be one fan who just goes way overboard thinking nothing of it…

these are the reasons why i wish there was less anonymity on the internet

ToS is not alone, it happens in all games

I played with a lot of mmos that had long and extended maintenances… There were times when in those games at the end they couldn’t even tell us when the maintenance will be over because it was that ■■■■■■ up… There were times when we couldn’t play for a day…Still noone whined like ppl here… Ppl were more like sad than angry…

I rly don’t know what’s going on here. It’s ridiculous for me to see ppl rage about a maintenance… It’s like there are 12yo spoiled little brats everywhere nowdays…

If only IMC will communicate with their players. This toxicity won’t happen at all.

dah i feel you man:cry:

They need to get out more. That or crack

This is a factual lie, the one time we had the nice Staff member the whiners ask for the comunity was complete garbage to them with a few people that where thankful, but much like now they where outweighted at the end of the day.

I made it clear in my comment that I was talking about people who claim that the community is THE issue while laying no blame to IMC. There’s people on this literally saying the community is more to blame than IMC. TOS released on a very bad note and that caused alot of negativity from the beginning. IMC lied about the March 26 f2p release date and the next thing ya know the players were arguing over whether to have a 1 week EA or a 1 month EA.

You’re talking about @Staff_Julie. We all liked her and she was the most active in the forums. In fact, the communication between the staff and the players really went downhill after she left.
