I hate when people only read the part they care about.

You can try to ofend me any way. But realy did not give a good reason for why it is unfair for other players. How do I would threat them like that?

If you’re not given a good reason for how I could prejudicate other players by transfers, you should not even need to be here.

You should try to talk of it more openly in your job. How much the company gain? How much it is part of you? It’s not the same that I am asking here. But in your case, you should make things clear to achieve what you want.

Everything it’s simple, but our thoughs makes everything looks harder.

I’m still astonished with what is fair and unfair.

Just wait until F2P opens, will be saturated again, it was your fault to not get the transfer time, and in the end, if u get a transfer for 20ppl (20? srsly?), users from another servers will try the same and IMC lost a lot of time doing transfers already

Dont be silly mate, transfering is a fairly easy process. It’s pretty much a copy and paste from one folder to the other.

Well, not really, now IMC is pro on transfering, they should made some mistakes cause some people losts his chars and didn’t even report in ticket or forum… They’re already hopeless.

What’s that about? We support the game but the game don’t support us?

Everyone got news about the transfer days before it happened. Those that took too long or forgot, missed out.

It is unfair to give the few that did miss out special treatment / exceptions because they failed to apply when everyone was given the equal amount of time to act.

It is like submitting your final school paper hours after the deadline ended. Professors would laugh and throw it back at you.

World has been treat people that bad? How’s that not happen to me?
My teachers were lovely persons that helped me in difficulty times.

Now I know that the most are conditioned to accept things like this, but is no need to be like that. Get those special treat terms of your heads. If you think by youselves will see that’s there’s no big deal in this simple task.

You guys are specially treating it like a impossible task. XD

If server transfers didn’t necessitate a 24 hour maintenance you might find people more sympathetic. You missed the scheduled transfer date and it would be unfair to bring the server down for that long just to move you and a handful of other people.

If you really want to switch to that server you’re going to have to do one of three things. Suck it up and reroll on that server, wait for them to have another server transfer and see if you can squeeze into it, or hope they find an easier way to transfer individuals.

The options are all terrible I know, but you can’t expect them to inconvenience every player on that server, and possibly klai as well, just to move a few dozen people.

Who said they really need 24hours maintenance to transfers?
Well, if there was more than 100GB to transfers it will problably need that time. But I really doubt that a player data is weighted more than 1mb.
Even so, there is no need to close servers, right? There is more data cycling than that.

People get fooled by what they eyes can see.

It’s not just copying a few files, they have to back up all of the current data in the event something goes wrong. We know from past experience that they have to take the servers down to transfer characters and we also know it’s not a quick process. This is not something they can do at a whim. It has to be planned for. I’m sorry but this is how it is.

still, I think is not fair… I mean, transfer wasn’t a day thing (not the transfer itself), they announced and everybody should have enough time to decide and fulfill all requeriments, if they don’t check the forums, well, is the same as ppl that want a rank reset because is hard get info about a class (thats sarcasm u know?), and is nobody fault more that the ppl itself…

They could at least make a queue for people that lost transfer period, and do it little by little. =T

But you know how is it when people only see the problems and not the solutions?

In first place IT IS easy to make a transfer, you dont need to shut down a server to do that. Take League of Legend as example, if you want to transfer your account to another region you just have to pay the price to do so. Can you imagine the amount of people that do it in a game this big? No, its not hard.

Second, IMC is right!! It is unfair to transfer anyone that lost the date because you are playing in a empty server, so you have more chances to kill world bosses, find especial mobs, etc.

I still think IMC should transfer some people that applied for the transfer but for some kind of bug, loses their ticket and dont ger tranfered. In those cases, its not the player fault, its IMC’s.

I canceled my ticket because I got 400k to receive in market. One day before, the period the transfers, the transfers tickets were off, I was online talking about transfer with a BR group i just met (it was in Alemeth Forest, btw). When I get on website it as late, and the servers were still online, I didn’t saw something like from day x to y. And to people online, no in-game announcement.
Diferent treat for [SEA] and [EU], spams in-game every hour.

I really don’t feel like it’s my fault, and all this burocracy to transfer characters must be a joke of bad taste.
