An interesting theory I’ve seen recently is that Nexon may have rejected publishing itos. This would explain problems with marketing and community management itos as had, IMC are a developer, they’re not equipped to handle publishing tasks and use publishers for everything normally.
It’s possible they were unable to find a suitable publisher.
Or they just made a mistake by thinking they have the resources to handle a project that’s split up in this many different ways and languages.
We know they’re reading all of this though at least. They do use the forums even if they are extremely overly cautious and cryptic about what they respond to. They know what the issues are, they just lack the resources to solve them at the speed most studios normally work.
