You thought they meant server transfers as in actually transferring the servers to locations? No. It was to transfer people to their DESIRED servers. Server locations wont change until F2P unless otherwise stated.
The title was a bit misleading, but inside the post IMC announced multiple times they would do Team transfers.

i decided not even to transfer to Eu server. cause i know there isnt alot of Eu people playing this game.
i get roughly 100-200 on Klap and its working just fine no lag.
yeah. freezes and DC every time absolutely don’t prevent me from playing.
