In this video he is so full of botted loot that he cannot even run anymore, but continues to "farm". If his character dies it simply spawns back automatically and continues to kill monsters. • They are both alt accounts.
• They have the same spec.
• They move the same way.
• They farm the same way.

And they both occupy the farm spots on both ends of the map. If this is not enough evidence to put their accounts into the trash bin, I don’t know what is.
