You just need a visual C++ redistributable
Go google it and install the latest version for your appropriate operating system i.e. Windows 8, 10 or etc.
In fact i just noticed that post from iMC is lacking the links for VC Runtimes.
That actually isn’t the error you get when a MSVC file is missing.
You may have the non-SP1 redistributable installed while the game is using the SP1 redistributable.

I installed all, but the error persists … So I think my computer is not conducive to spin TOS. It makes me sad T-T but if anyone has any suggestions on how to solve, please help.
Post your system settings so we can see if thats the problem.
Honestly with the error he’s getting, it could be a lot of things.
You could have something injecting itself into the game on start-up causing it to crash (Like a virus, fraps, EVGA Precision, etc.).
