All i can say to you is:
Build as much characters as possible up to 240.
Do saalus all day.
or
Build anything that ends with Warlock2, farm in demon prison 2.

You are 100% missing the point here. So you max up your gear to do the few quest maps left in the game. AND THEN WHAT? Please donāt say pvp. If you do Iām gonna have to slap the stupid out of you.
BTW I can solo those contents already with my PD2 characters right now if I wanted to. But SO WHAT. After you finish all the quest WHAT DO YOU DO AFTER THAT?? And Iām not fixated on Siauliai. It was the easiest way to level up my alts without a single grinding.

Just chiming this one in; but I believe ET is arguably the current [end-game] content for PvE; after Fantasy Library. Both of which are purely optional anyway.

I think youāre 100% right. But the problem I have with ET is that only certain builds are welcome and you have daily limit. Those two factors is why having ET as end game is soooooo horrible. But youāre right thatās all we have for now I guess.

LOL I actually thought about doing this for silver and play Tree of Markets. I already have a Necro2 character so I actually thought about it.
It depends on your team comp tbh. As long as you have good aoe, a diev3, a krivis3, and a taoist, you can be fine easily. There are meta ways to cheese the content, but itās not too harsh.

Youāre absolutely correct. I play all classes except swordsman. I actually like clerics the most even though I played Wiz and Archer before I played any cleric. I have 4 clerics. Two of them PD2, Two of them Tao, Two of them Miko, one Chaplain. All those sub classes mixed around with each other. Especially with PD2 I can solo pretty much anything. I soloed the inner wall god dam dungeons yesterday with Chaplain PD2 while this team of 4 was keep on dying around me on the same map lol. That is the problem with this game. Until last month I was infatuated with those 4 clerics. But this month I got back into Archers and realized how Archers are strong and fun but just not on the same level as clerics when it comes to both solo and team comp. Of course I donāt want them to nerf any clerics as I think they donāt need any nerfing and I love cleric classes but this game is kind of lopsided at this point. Like my current hippie Archer who is QS3 Hacka is so undesirable in parties that deal with mass number of enemies such as grinding and ET so yeah. Thatās a problem right there.
Iām about the same. 15 characters here with 3 pets. Most are Rank7-8 too. Just like what you said, thereās nothing much to do besides dailies. Am not really into having the absolute best gear or deck out my characters yet as R9-10 are not out too unless I really need them to progress into the R8 content.
Am not in into PVP in this game too, at least not until things are balanced in pvp. My main has a build which is suitable for pvp but it gets really boring after 1-2 matches (C2Diev3MikoKabInq), so I stop playing PVP altogether, donāt really like winning/losing matches when the balance is skewed to one side. Felt empty when winning with an OP build.
Soā¦ now what I do daily is just log in, only do dailies when I feel like it and just play whatever I want, sometimes I feel like grinding for my phada Iāll just do it, other times Iāll just go hunt for gimmick cubes.
But now most of the time Iām just playing ToF more than ToS. Levelling up in ToF/Reallife feels better than ToS now. Maybe I should go finish up my Musings chap3, it is due soon. :3
Edit: Oh, maybe I should set my goal to team level 100, since iām already more than halfway there.

I donāt exactly have as much characters as yours in r8 but well, the end game basically itās only repetitive tasks to be honest. Siaulai, ET, Saalus, uphill, everything is really repetitive which sucks the fun out of it one day.
I do dailies as well, but only when I feel like it. Socializing is also another to enjoy it though but you donāt necessary have to be in the end game for that to happen. Main reason Iām holding on to TOS is cause of the friends Iāve made in TOS. If not Iād have quitted a long time ago.

Try enhance and yolo your gears since transcend has this stuff called END (Stage 10) and 100%
Just looking at the anvil will give you mix feelings and that thingy will never get old.

Yeah it is sad. It also sort of dawn upon me that the current iteration of the game doesnāt really have much to offer to me now. Usually Iāll just top up my TP when it becomes low to support the game, but this time round Iām actually contemplating whether or not to do it.
Getting HZD is so much better than getting another 1k+ TP haiz.
