hi how i can ench 3 time i had 3 scroll but only 1 bonus in my hair and continue to change everytime when i use scroll how to make 3 bonus?
And only in hair i can ench with scrols?
on use of and enchant scroll. you either get 1,2,or 3 enchants.
i use 3 in one hair and got only 1 bonus not 3 or 2
Its a chance to get more than one bonus.
but it appears that chance is not equal.

Exactly. The better the value the lower the chances.
So you have the highest chance on getting 1 stat than its followed by 2 stats and the lowest chance is to get 3 stats.
This is like enchanting. The higher the value, the lower are the chances.
Its intended to be this way.
