So the Bokor’s skill : Effigy is not working as intended, I curse the target via Hexing then use it, and it goes on cooldown.
The problem is, apparently this skill is not supposed to have cooldown, because you’re supposed to be able to use it 3 times in a row to benefits from his effect, and right now the cooldown on this skill makes it absolutely impossible to realize, making the skill useless.

Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Use Hexing on a monster
- Now that he’s cursed, use Effigy
- The skill goes on cooldown
