Easy way to solve bot problem

  • Do daily DB query all player

If player lvl more than 15:
Player lvl * 1.5 is less than total quest done =
ban or
no item and silver drop flag on

As all legit player will do quest!

  • Do a ingame auto check

If player in town and spamming long message in rapid succession = ban

Cause there super little chance legit player will do ctrl + v over and over and over

I wouldnt have made it out of the first map lol

There it goes… my dream of levelling only by grinding… cries in mandarin

Updated the condition!

Oh… your serious D:
I do agree that the bot classifier or whatever they’re using isnt very effective but your solution is just going to be an annoyance. I suggest you put more thought into it.

This already the easiest method to weed out majority bot with ease and will make botter to use more effort to bot

Keep adjusting the multiplier (1.5) to proper number as im not mathematician

I think it’s a great idea. Too bad IMC wont do it, they don’t care enough to.

If anything i think a better solution would be doing it based on Achievement Points. Even people who plan to grind there way to 280 will probably work towards map completition, collections, etc on their path there or atleast have another character thats done it. They’d also be changing maps every 10lvls compared to 20~ on a bot.
Either way its a flawed system and bots will probably find ways around it easier then players.

If you can come out with the condition i will add it to the post

Great suggestion

Personally i think it would better for them to add another bot classifier that uses an algorythm of randomness amongst other things(achievement points, play time, lvl, silver, etc) and cycles through all players continously and checks them. This way bots missed by the current system will eventually be caught. This ofc assumes that A. the bot classifier can check players quick enough and B. its not the bot classifier thats letting bots live.

So many great minds on the forum and if only IMC has the courage to ask for help

I think they’re problem might be their arrogance. As far as I know there isnt a single game thats been able to stop RMT so they’re trying a different approach.
The problem is they don’t realise they cant stop RMT and that if they concentrated their efforts on minimizing the harm instead they’re approach would be a lot more effective.
I think they’re efforts of trying to stop RMT has cost them more players then anything else.

You talking about AFK sorcs in Dinna bee farm auto-drinking mp pots

Why you keep asking about sorcerrer dina bee

Why DB query on total quest? This way bots will go high level before ban.

The right way to do is to check total login time. No human player can do 24hr straight in a day.

How about AFKers? Simple, auto kick after 30mins afk.

How about buffers and repairers? Special tag to show they are vending.

Buffers and repair shops are not logged in tho I open my shop then exit the game and turn laptop off and my shop stays open

The modifier 1.5 can be increase or decrease

Why total quest? Because botter from gold seller dont do quest, only real player that bot will do quest
The purpose is to cut off and make botter life miserable

For real player that use bot ofcourse IMC need to come out with something
This is just a suggestion for the easiest method to destroy those gold seller bot
