Problem is that if no one is in your level range, meaning youre pretty much alone in the queue you wont be able to run. Example dead time, early in the morning. Youre still required to run it with others. Even in Telsiai i have experience where im the only one in the queue what more in Orsha or Klaipeda. Soloing is not an option, because the difficulty is set in party mode.
You didn’t read what i wrote did you. It is a discussed change not something that is currently implemented. Also it could scale down to one person depending on how they design it, we won’t know until its done.
Also missions are veryyyyyyyy solo able (and some dungeons), just no one wants to do them without the que bonus.
"Q: How about allowing us to enter missions with a mercenary NPC or adjusting the mobs’ HP according to the number of party members?
A: Both suggestions are already being considered and have a chance of making it into the game sooner or later."
If this is the case in the first place, why do you see people asking there is no one in queue and cant complete the run? You can solo it doesnt mean others can.
Hmmm while some classes can solo it fast, others are not equipped or simply in not in the meta to do so. Even then, it could be so inefficient that you’d rather do other things.
wow please read. I covered that, its even in the section you quoted.
QUE BONUS. The xp QUE BONUS is why.
well so far i have had no issues, i haven’t tried any swordsman classes yet but every archer mage and cleric i have made can do it. I will admit support chrono is painfully slow though.
Thats the game’s design fault and they should make it soloable for everyone instead of forcing Tree of Meta
Like i said your argument is fallacy. See relativist fallacy. Your experience is not the universal truth.
Right because missions would totally be worth doing without the ■■■■■■■ massive que bonus. Without, it wouldn’t be worth your time you would literally be better of grinding.
try your best to get logic into jynxie~
gambatte august
at jynxie, whatever, i will agree to anything at this point, TOS is just that bad.
Its not about your worth or your time worth or what your preferences on where should we get the experience but convenience for those people who cant afford to play at peak times. Solo run is using the difficulty of party run. You dont have the time to play where majority are playing, now you have the option of soloing it.
Um. Thats exactly what its about. Look at dungeons, certain ones don’t get used because the experience is low and there are faster ways to lvl that bracket. So thats exactly what this is about if xp bonus missions didn’t get a solid amount of experience no one would waste time on them.
No need to make an easy mode. I’ve suggested this before but it was ignored. They could’ve just limit the queue time, for example 5 minutes. After that 5 minutes, the remaining open slots will be filled in with NPC. The NPC will randomly use one predetermined class/build and fight along the player. I saw this in Elsword and it works great. Now that bots in tos are so advanced, I dont see how they cant incorporate that bot element into dungeon AI.

Thats why reduce the difficulty of mobs and boss like that of field mobs. Pretty sure with slightly less exp compared to party run will make them spend more time in it. DG and missions are not giving low exp, specially before alemeth grind. Mission and DG exp got buffs so much.
Seems like you arent playing the game anymore.
Elsword AI is better by far, im not saying it is smart but Elsword AI is like dog lvl IQ and TOS has the IQ of a mentally handicapped rock that washed ashore on the beaches of chernobyl soaking in all that radiation to further handicap the mental capacity of the rock even further. Hence easy mode is better.
We were talking without que bonus. And without que bonus they fall off hella fast. Please try to understand the context of our conversation.
It will matter if you want more, but the question is can you solo run it with the current setup? If not means you will try to queue. Now how can you queue if no one is around? You prefer them to skip the DG or missions instead?
Probably because Elsword is a 2D game, or 2.5D what they advertised themselves. 2D AI is easier I believe. What I suggested was to make use of the bot programs. I’ve observed the movements of bots in tos and I believe my suggestion is totally achievable. The problem with easy mode is they will have to make changes to the current party bonus. Apparently they cant just give full party bonus for a player doing solo run. If the exp or drops of solo mode is only slightly less than full party, it kills party play. Nobody want to queue for 1 hour for an extra 20% silver.
Jokes aside I get your point.
They have a solution for that already, but they dont like iToS. IMC dont love money kek
Well, my suggestion would be unlimited dungeon entrys. With you can only loot silver and boxes in the 3 first rounds. After that you can only get exp from monsters.
Damn… Siaulai mission all day long… lvl 100 to 330 in one day.
Well, it’s not mandatory to do missions&dungeons, it’s just faster.
You can easily get to level 150+ without running a single dungeon, just by doing main - & side quests.
It’s extremely boring but it’s very effective to keep leveling even if you can’t find a group to do missions&dungeons with, at least until you hit around level 250+ when the games difficulty starts to rise more sharply than before.
I believe people simply forgot that these optional contents[dungeons/missions] are supposed to be for party play only while questing is the solo play alternative way to play the game…
Problem is the 1 hour queue in party mode. They can solve this using thebloodyaugust suggestion (Lowering the number of players that can participate in the run). If the duration of queue doesnt take long, they would rather queue with better exp (in peak time). Solo run on the other hand is trying to fix dead time where you wont see people in the queue.
