That’s wrong. It’s per number of tomb lord cards equipped, basically you can read card count cards as +1%.
That’s how I’m reading it as well, but there seems to be a disagreement lol have you tried/confirmed yourself?
its card # not card star so its not good… Glass Mole is better

Oh, ok. So, for “[card count]” cards aren’t worth to level? Or there’s some effect?

Yes.
I don’t know why they decided to word it like this instead of just saying +1 but [card count] is a +1 per card, which you can’t increase with card level (the stars) and thus shouldn’t bother leveling at all.

Don’t know if everybody is aware of, but today I dropped a “crafted gem” from the Cube of Blessing. So it is not only Blessed Shards it may drop.
