If the description is correct, you should obtain 6% per level, making it a total of 30% wouldnât it?
6% per attribute lvl. You can take skill at lvl 1 only and than learn an attribute at lvl 3 (max lvl for that attribute)

anything with % is something that scale forever, while X dmg isnt. thats why is better

u can max all skill attibutes, just need to have the money for it =) (some attributes need time to upgrade)

But this raises another question, how can Concentrate be voted down so badly.
Increases the additional damage of [Concentrate] by 2 per attribute level.
And the max level of this is 50, giving it a total of 100 additional damage + 11 from the actual skill, and with a duration of 45s/ 20s cooldown. Thats a perma effect o.ò is that really not noticeable at higher levels?
Do you personally think 100 is a good amount? 
In addition with how high the enemy defense and how High their HP is in the later level/stage.
So u might as well just max out the skill itself and your stats to get a maxed out Physical attack.

But its not like im trading alot for it.
Its Thrust vs Concentrate, and i dont think iâll ever use Thrust in the end, and Concentrate i will, even tho its a minor bonus.
I agree regarding the thrust, Iâm in the same page, but trading it over Bash is a bad idea, Bash have a great knockdown.
So its Iâm you Iâll go Bash, Gung Ho and Pain barrier.

I find Doppel way more effective than Cata here, and just like @Autentist mentioned, either Cata3 or not.
- Guardian 3 for passive.
- Umbo/Rim/Swash wonât be used due to 2H Spear as Dragoon.
- Deeds of Valor will probably be my favorite here, reminds of Quicken skill from Ragnarok 
- Double Pay Earn seems reasonable here since the exp will be extremely slow in the end.
And also, will Cyclone be useable with 2H Spear?
It dosenât say anything.
And pure Strength with this.

Gung Ho without doubt but, Guardian cannot be used while using Gung Ho

And yes, you can use it with 2H Spear just like 2H Sword so no worries there.
And u can either went full STR or 2:1 STR DEX
Choices is yours.
I think im going pure strength here, the damage and critical attack is somthing i always prio, and let the gear/skills work on the crit chance.
So overall, a decent build?

Nope, nothing else that needs mentioning for me, and yes its better if u went full STR and just pick an armor that rise your DEX.
Its more solid that way.
But some player might say that you should went and pick at least 1 thrust and leave Bash to 4 cause Bash cost a lot of SP and you never know when you need to use thrust against enemies thats weak against pierce and its spamable and also low SP.
But iâm against that logic same as you and max 5 Bash too
