The solution is either fix the specific coding problem or alter the rate to an acceptable number. Then after they do that have a GM get online during the server down time and spawn 100 of the same monster over and over again making sure it actually works. Not hold a press conference with the media of why it is broken or the drop rate is low. The addressing is good, but the way it is being handled and more than likely going to be solved pretty poorly.
Has nothing to do with private servers at this point and that part of my statement is COMPLETELY irrelevant. I understand them being busy with other things which is a whole other problem of simply not having the resources to do exactly what Iām saying. It just starts to become a focal point for negativity when this happens all the time and people have to take it or leave it without a happy medium.
Nobody can take them seriously because this is barely acceptable.
