Why does everyone use the term “DPK”? Doesn’t DPK stand for “drop per kill(s)”? That makes absolutely no sense, since the item doesn’t drop x times per kill but only 1 time every several kills. Also, this term doesn’t really imply anything, since ± all monster loot items are dropped via killing because there is no item stealing/scavenging mechanic.
If I was you guys, I’d use the term “KPD” [kills/killings per drop] to at least address the mechanic in the abbreviation…

yeah I bet they can get server information when a boss spawns in a specific zone by a hack that sends a packet which will receive information of what bosses are spawned. I wonder how much lag is caused by such kinds of programs that are spamming the servers for that kind of information.
they really need to make the dpk system better. i think it’s dumb that if no one is in the zone that it resets or if the channel crashes it resets and I hate that the counter resets at all, it ought not to. it was probably called dpk because you know how foreigners are with your own language… those damned BRS saying “itens” and “thrash” like it’s normal
Less than imc ■■■■ coding, don’t worry.
Boss Tracker add-on
Originally a feature of the game(cbt players know more bout this) that shows location of world bosses(if you’re in the same map) in the map when/if they are alive.
IMC hid it under the rug with no given reason.
iirc all add-ons don’t even need to send packets to receive information, game runs on trust client which is why Hook can’t be stopped.
sometimes I wonder if they programmed the game like they did to save on server side cost -_-
Not like you know how to read or anything…
