Why came back for a buggy game? Pretty sure once you get your chars you’ll be quitting and rage again just like you did before

Makes me remember this game. I deleleted my character, then I wanted to restore it to give it to a friend. The company asked me for the basic info (server, account name, character name) and also… how much I had spent on the game. It made me wonder if I hadn’t spend at all or not more than 10$ if they would have told me “can’t do it, sorry” …
But yeah, it’s always like that with companies anyway. They need to survive so people who spend > people who don’t spend.

I hope OP won’t get anything restored and maybe he will learn to face the consequences of his own actions.

Depends, how much $$$ did you spend?
If over $100 I’m sure they can do something about it.
If over $1000 you’ll get your character back within 12 hrs
