Why would such person join if he can solo? :haha:
Here you should say “who can handle one line solo”. So you don’t look like waiting for someone to clear the mission for you. It’s always fine to have someone per line, one who clears the leftovers, and one support who buffs and opens the chests.

There will always be idiots playing MMOs. The worst with these cretins is that they always try to justify their stupidity. Simply go over it, don’t fuel their moronic behavior with drama. Next time, try to organize your party with players you can trust. That’s why I don’t do random uphill anymore, but party with my guild mates or trusted players.

My last experience with a random party was so frustrating I decided to never do that again: was bringing my main warlock just to see three undergeared players taking the line spots and saying “go away we can handle the line”… and the fourth staying afk and leeching. Only had to sulk and open the chests for half the time, until all three lines got overwhelmed by mobs and I had to clear the whole mess in the middle without any help… And at the end… no “thanks” or “thank you for party”, all just left the map and the party.

Unfortunately, I never see anyone like that getting banned. It already took months for the staff to get rid of an obvious dungeon afker…

Well usually when I bring my warlock for solo uphill, I simply stay in the middle and spam AoE and watch mobs getting popcorned by my spirits… :haha:

I know you get it, but person who can solo a lane xD I should be clearer more next time or word it properly.

Well I got commended by the archer and goon says I’m the most active chest opener they’ve ever seen and from then on I usually do complete 10 runs with them weekly, some nice bloke they are.

what RM just said regarding the link is how you’d take it in offense and responded in a such a way the video is trying to say ‘w’;;

the video is simply saying everyone has their flaws/shortcomings that may depict them as a “jerk”

like how you may see RM’s humor as offensive
and like how he sees your reaction towards it as offensive

where both of you end up not being in your best behavior due to how everyone is a potential “jerk” to someone due to these flaws

though, based from what you showed us, it seems that the way you handled the conversation may be lacking. like how one can perceive something as trash talking while some don’t

could also apply on how RM’s comments may sound entertaining (in my case) and offensive (in your case).

the way i comprehend the video doesn’t imply that everyone’s a jerk in a negative manner, but rather it is saying that everyone has flaws and being a “jerk” varies, but is also not a permanent/absolute trait that defines someone, like our different perception towards RM.

the way you understood the video ends up with how you took it negatively and responded in such a manner, maybe you’re having a bad day that fogs your critical thinking or something like that ‘w’/

I did not really watched the video, couldn’t be bothered that is why I didn’t address it that much and no I didn’t take his response as offensive but rather immature. Why I focused on his responses after that which he still did not give any answer for.

I don’t see him as a jerk, I see him as someone who can’t argue in a sort of proper way and a troll, based on what I’ve been told by some people.

regardless of how many people perceive little apple being a jerk, this thread wouldn’t caught my attention if it wasn’t for people (unrelated to RM) in a different ToS community has been talking about how both parties are wrong to begin with ‘w’;

Ye pretty much took it directly, “if you are my professional opinion” then the title of the video [everyone is an ■■■■■■■] thats pretty much it, my reply pretty much after the video thing is based on the whole other thread I made.

"Hmm, so what are you trying to say? that I think everyone’s an ■■■■■■■? " pretty much just based this on the title of the video, most of my responses after that is pretty much an answer to his comment.

“both parties are wrong” can’t really see how some other besides littleapple are wrong though, the goon and archer tried to help him understand what has been happening and explained him things in a calm and respectful manner until he started throwing insults and saying that hes “strong” and “can solo” while it obviously wasn’t the case, which pissed the good off and responded “stupid u cant”.

Sure I could’ve worded shut up better, but I’d rather say shut up since it’s sharp and quick rather than quiet time consuming more hand holding way when the torch is getting hit by a wave of monsters he did not bother to attack because he’s busy typing “aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa” and “looooooooot” repeatedly. I need every second since I have to cooldown cast my damaging abilities since it does not do enough damage, failure to do so just gets the hp of the torch lower resulting in a fail and wasted run.

Not really, typing shut up took me a second and thats pretty much what I said during the run which pretty much saved the torch, it got to the final stage.

If “shut up” is enough to set you off like that, I think you have issues.

a person spamming “aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa” and “loooooooooooooooooooot” in chat deserves a shut up imo.

well I’ve never seen anyone type “aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa” “loooooooooooooot” in any CM runs nor uphill I’ve been in, he’s my first encounter who spams chat while doing runs.

took me 2 - 3 minutes tops, I think it’s also worth it, calling people out for trolling and not doing literally anything to help the party, specially those who have big ego’s who claims outrageous claims.

Same as those AFK player threads, not sure if they get banned or suspended but based on what I’ve heard from people they don’t, still worth a shot to call them out, helps out some people who wants to do smooth runs, also helps people who just wants to avoid people like this in case things like this happens.

But yeah, note to self next time try to say shut up a bit more hand holding, even if both things might cause more drama.

uphill leaks doesn’t make someone appear to have issues, it happens. Having a whole wave in middle because someone keeps spamming “aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa” does.

But if you spam “aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa” multiple times just to get attention this is something.

Claims that he can do this and that when that person knows he can’t and that there are numerous proofs that’s seems like a pride issue.

Personal preference I guess, there are times where I can’t be bothered and let things go but there are times where I just really want to call someone out since what he has done just crossed the line. You get dc, sure I understand that, you afk to answer the door or for whatever reason sure. But don’t just start throwing insults on people who just wants a proper run and some people that are trying to help you out and some people that just got home and wanted to chillout play some good ol’ ToS.

Sis, you stabbed me right in the kokoro.

That’s a life lesson right there. And the funny thing is I kinda needed that at the moment.

I graduated from communication department yet my communication lacks the oomph. I feel like the whole world tries to attack me, oppose me, make me feel worthless, miserable. When in fact, it might not be true at all.

It’s all in my head.

Unless of course the person is just a jerk. I’m gonna make them taste a piece of Hell on Earth.

I really could care less what anyone talks about or randomly spams in chat. I want a person who can solo a lane and who will actually do it.

If he doesn’t solo it, even if he actually can, that would bother the ■■■■ out of me.
