Keep in mind you can get it from the 315 castle library cube aswell, if you have any friends you can run with occasionally, the dps checks are on flying mobs so bring archers/2h bow users.
so new player here, how to obtain this?

Meanwhile I am rolling 3 cubes each day now. 
And in a week or two it will be 7. Well the potions are good so itās fine I guess.

Still donāt even have the quest done for it since the server is dead and Iām without a guildā¦guess iāll stick with the Magi 2h until the game goes down.

Hereās the tip the mystical cube doesnt give you the the practonium its the Unstable Cube which you can get after you open the mystical cube. Either the Unstable cube gives you another Mystical Cube or the Practonium. Just keep praying to RNGods xD.

As long as it is RNG I will get nothing.
Fine by me. I will probably only get it the moment I run out of potions and need some new ones as this is the gameās way of always trying to make me sad.
Iāve been opening the box for a month now. I have no more hopes. Rip in piece practā¦

Ya its pretty unfair b/c those of us that got our cubes the 1st week of rank 8 got infinite instant tries b/c of the 90% tbl match crash rate, every crashed match reset your cube, hang in there and good luck.
Here i am, 200+ 130 dun entries : no Petamion. Now, 3 weeks in Mystical cube : no Practonium. GJ IMC for making me feel horrible. 
Got it after 32 days + 8 rerolls because of the TBL bug. HANG IN THERE GUYS.
