Did not recieve tp after clicking it in game

Hello there. i just decided to buy tp today 2 x 100 pack (eu)

first purchase went smoothly it showed up in game in the tp button and i clicked it and it was claimed. fine. so since i need a name change i bought another 100.

now is where the problem comes into play. i buy the package, logs into the game again and it shows up too. so i click it… and nothing happends. it just stays there. i contenue to click and same. nothing happends. so i close it and reopen it and click and nothing happends again. then i do it a third time and its gone as if it was already claimed. i got no message saying i got them and theyre not in my inventory neither in any mailbox. i tried restarting the game and all. do i write costumer support or ?

Seems like an issue when you buy two or more tp packs. You can send ticket here https://treeofsavior.com/inquiry (include screenshots and other details if you can)

Yes, submit a ticket. If you want to create a topic, put it in the ‘Help Center’ section.

take a look at this. i have just started using it because of tos. i tried adding my phone number to it with the code but it still wont let me send any tickets.

is there an alternative way to submit a ticket if this wont work o.0 ?

nvm ! i had to log into this site with my steam account again ? it was using my facebook or something. anyway ! cheers

I saw an email address somewhere in another thread but can’t remember it. Let’s hope someone here knows and can leave a reply for that.
