For me; I donât mind when people complain. When they do it in a clear, well-put and constructive way. While keeping Threads that relay the same thing, together. This is where the problem lie.

Most people who complain arenât doing it in a viable way, and are usually just trolling to provoke others. WHY U DO DIS IMC?! U OWE ME!!!
3: The doom and gloom crowd causes more damage to a game then almost anything else. A good amount of players will check the forums to see how a game is doing. If the forum is filled with sh*t post, all 400 threads about âDIS GYME IS DEADâ theyâre likely to not even bother with it.

I have yet to see any White Knights. At least not for the last couple months. There is a huge line between White Knighting, and knowing the game has faults, but not feeling the need to do 1.,2., or 3. White Knights and Doom Knights both do more harm to the game then good.

Get over yourselves. Itâs a game. I donât understand why people feel so invested, specially if they have not purchased anything. I have spent well over 250$. I have 1600 hours on Steam, and 98% of the issues people cry about on here, are complete non-factors.

Look into a mirror, and then read aloud your comment about the âdoom and gloom crowdâ causing terrible damage to ToS because theyâre unhappy with how damaged ToS was to begin with.
those complains are beacuse the no response from IMC, as customers we demand a response from a real GM and not the BOT awnser for all
We have to claim the game has passed many updates and they do nothing simple to fix bugs? There is how many posts complaining? Many. And how the staff responded ? None.
Most post on here are NOT complaints. Theyâre sh*t post mode by kids demanding stuff. Iâve said it before and Iâll say it again; if I were any type of community rep for IMC, I would have vanished too. Anytime a Community Rep does try to say something he gets slammed down. These forums have been a toxic waste pool since day one.
@hex.ro my point exactly. So many of the same god damn redundant post that it makes it hard to find valid ones amongst the sh*t post. This is where keeping things in a constructive and filed manner come in handy.
I like the game, so I complain, because I want it to be really good. Simply ignore the problems, and the staff not giving an answer is not the way to improve.
Your post is not bad, and yes. I understand that. There is absolutely nothing wrong with voicing your concerns. Hell I agree with most of the crap written here. When itâs done right.

They are the staff they gotta know how to handle it, not simply be tired of hearing complaints. They are professional should know they will not hear everything they want.
I played for a long time path of exile, the game had innumerable problems, still have some, but the staff is always present to answer it, show service,
listening the community. Do unexpected update to fix a bug, because that is how to manage something works, they answer âticketsâ, I have 10 tickets without being answered to 15 days here.
Theyâre NOT professional. Theyâre a very small team of people who as you guessed it, ARE PEOPLE. Iâm not even on IMCâs payroll and I get sick of reading some of these redundant post, and even if IMC were to pop in here, they would just be chased out. Hell I can answer most questions for IMC and it still be very true.

Okay, so I am being a bit factitious here, but IMC is not Blizzard or SE. Theyâre a small company dealing with XXXX amounts of complaints emails a day from I assume both Korean and International ToS. I will also bravely say I feel they are weighing ones which they feel the most important. I have yet to send in a support ticket because I have yet to feel any trouble with the game.
Edit: Yes, and the PoE devs speak english. Have you heard the way most of the Devs here speak? Theyâre Korean and do not speak the english tongue very well. Besides a couple of them.
