Bug Description : Well, I’m here to speak for everyone in silute. NO ONE CAN ENTER THE GAME OR STAY MORE THAN 5 MINUTES ONLINE. Crashs, VGA errors, stuck on loading screens, not just me, everyone. My entire guild is having log in problems. The game is freezing and closing in our faces. I’ve been sending you tickets, but now me and my boyfriend can’t even play together in the same house - Is like the game is SO HEAVY not even the internet cant handle 2 ToS open at the same time. It’s been more than 2 days without playing. Most of my friends are quitting. So, I really hope you can optimize the game and fix it. The number of players are decreasing, people I know have stop paying too, including me - After more than 1500 TP invested - I can’t even play. I get errors anywhere I go, but in saalus is even worse. I’ve done A LOT of runs and never finished any of it. 'Cause in the 10th try, I’m already giving up doing it, starting from the beggining. I really don’t wanna quit, and most of my friends also. Date and Time: Since when I’d started in game in March/17.

Bug Description: EVER, when have a great monsters quantity in the map, the game freeze by few moments, and after drop FPS and VGA error… Ocassionaly, when change map, the loading screen stop and I need restart the game.
Is the cities, when have medium fullness in the channel, have disconnect…
My video board is RX 460, is a powerfull cardboard, so, it’s not the problem…
The game don’t have a great rendering; and many times Silute Players have graphic problems…
In the Whale Event, was the worse errors, because the maps don’t support many skills… Please… Help Silute Server… We like the game, but, many players are leave out because this…

Bug Description: All in game have problem. The fps crashes every second. VGA error during the load. Roll-back every time. Fake disconnect every time. Problems and more problems and just problems in the game.
PLEASE IMC, STOP MAKING NEW COSTUMES AND START FIXING THESE PROBLEMS.

What about the channels being crashed everytime? If it isn’t some players doing it, so it’s server problems. PLEASE, OPTIMIZE THE GAME. Some contents are unplayable by most players! That’s not what’s supposed to be. Do somethign about it, before flooding us with new contents.

I’m not into a guild, tried to play this game again a few months ago and i was with this same problem. I gave up that time, now i’m trying again and still the same thing, login, server selection, character selection, loading screen and crash. I’ve tried everything, reinstall, delete tempfiles, xml files, verify integrity, nothing Works. I guess it’s time to give up again.

It is after the recent patch, im constantly getting VGA on server select. After logging in to another server i was able to log in for a few seconds but got VGA again. I believe it was due to the marine pingu as i was moving it to another toon when i got the VGA.
