Controller controls?

So I just found this:

but thats outdated, many of them cannot be used for example the mini map, whats the buttons for?

IIRC pressing l2 + r2 simultaneously will just switch the (edit) skills menu
the controller’s pretty much useless right now imo, I still like using it for basic combat and movement because I’m too used to it with my other games :stuck_out_tongue:

I asked for the minimap not the obvious xD

oh, I thought you meant for example the mini map (buttons) what they’re for (now)? that’s why I answered just for switching the skills menus (set 1 - 2) edit: no minimap shortkey/button
if you need a comprehensive list though, I don’t know where to check, I’ve tried every combo and just relaying them from memory (because I’m at work hihihi)
like r1+r2 is no longer sit/stand, it’s just activating the middle skillset, so I still have to use m+kb for most commands :stuck_out_tongue:

theres a combination I cannot press again lol I opened the map several times with the controller but I don’t know how xD all of my 3453463 tested combinations didn’t work x)

if you didn’t press any key from the keyboard you may have unlocked something awesome!
I do hope we get an updated list for the combos

So I pressed all things again and minimap is: LB+Back

Oh dang finally xD

thanks! I’ll take note of that

L1+Back/select = map
L2+R2 = change skillset
Back/select = return
I’ts not really outdated …it just that its not in place
everything else in there is the same

I find the controller much better than keyboard, but I’d like to be able to use it for menus particularly inventory

2 ways to edit controls.

  1. Go in to the controller set up file and rewrite what the buttons do or how the game reads them.
This one is pretty easy but really time consuming theirs a key in the file but you have to search through multiple files to change all they keys if thats your aim.

or 2. delete the controller support altogether and just use xpadder or joy2key.
Idk how to do this one exactly but there was a guide on it floating around the forums around iCBT2.

Bonus option!
Use your phone! (no im not trolling)
A guy here on the forums made an app to use your Smart phone as a controller for TOS also around the iCBT2, and theoretically it should still work, but you might have to dig through the forums abit
