Compensation items and GM email disappeared from inbox

Bug Description :
The previous compensation emails from GM attached with, exp tomes, instance multiply tokens and instance resets vanished from my inbox. The expiry date was supposed to be 17/06/2017, but they just disappeared after the maintenance yesterday. I cannot remember how many tomes, multiply and resets went missing, and there were 3 or 4 of those emails from GM, but I clearly remember that the expiry was supposed to be 17/06/2017, which obviously has not passed. I tried to send a ticket, but the page is currently unavailable.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. GM emails suddenly removed from inbox in character select.

This happened to me. My mail was randomly removed 3 days before expiration. I sent them an email about it and I was told that I should probably collect the items before they expire. Well I would if I could IMC, I would if I could.

None of the compensation expires on the 17th. some of it expired on the 5th/6th. Sounds like you didn’t grab it in time.

Please don’t waste support’s time with issues of your own ignorance.

happend to me too. the expire date was the 17th. furthermore its unusual that mail just vanish even though they include expired items.

btw. telling people to not waste supports time is just rude and thats none of your business.

The dates are in YY-MM-DD format. The 17 you saw was the year, not the date. See these threads:

compensations expires on server saves 6th - 13th - 20th - 27th.
You just missread the date. Example:
Is not 17th june. Take a look again ^^

ah okay. i just found it strange that the mail was removed from inbox. i thought expired items would still remain in the inbox even after expiry. sorry for being ‘ignorant’.
