What is going on with everybody not able to login with the CommanderLoadFa il?

Heres the deal, I have 3 characters on Klaipeda server, 1 character on Orsha server. At first when this error occurred which was right after the Maintenance last night. Character 1 and 3 were not able to login due to the CommanderLoadFail error. Character 2 was able to login. After I logged into that character and moved around for a bit, from combat zone to town and such, I went to another combat zone, immediately I got CommanderLoadFail, no loading screen. Then I was back to server selection. Now all 3 characters are locked out and the only character I can use at this point, is my 1 character on the Orsha server. Unfortunately, I cannot change channels with these characters as there is only 1 channel available during login which has me locked out of it.

I verified cache with steam, uninstalled, reinstalled, patched. This error still persists. So before the team decides to give me some sort of half-baked response. Do your research, ask the devs for advice, dig into the source code something. Check your servers, debug the crap out of this issue. This many people experiencing this issue obviously means its something on the server side causing it. The only reason why people would be logged in right now, is because they are in areas that are unaffected by this issue. It only seems to be certain parts of the game that are affected. If you are going to respond, at least tell us what is going on, and let us know that you are fixing it. Don’t leave us hanging. The suspense is killing us.

I have…

I have now tried the following…

  1. I have tried to change the channel my character was on.

  2. I have moved the character to a differen’t lodge.

  3. I have tried logging in with differen’t characters.

  4. I have “validated” the Steam files

  5. I have deleted the user.xml and user_c.xml files.

  6. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game.

Nothing has worked, please manually move my character to a working server. I have also now lost time on my experience tombs and token. Please compensate…
