I play cleric classes and ping makes you cast considerabily slower, sometimes making your char miss them or misplace them.

ping still affect magic circle but it’s much better than playing QS c3 which need low ping the most

well in my case the ISP is the trash one. so thats why i use vpn. hahaha.
yea i’ve told people from his country that uses PLDT as their ISP that TOS isn’t the one at fault but their ISP whom is notorious for its routing issues., try visiting devdota2 you’ll see lots of complaints from players who has PLDT as their ISP… some even compare dota2 and TOS’s ping not being the same just because their both handled by Steam assuming that both servers are handled by one ISP which is meh…

based on the ping obtained via cmd, around 40-50 ms. in-game //ping shows around 70~100.

although the game seems a bit heavy/fps glitchy after the recent patch
yep. it does. even the non-RS normal attacks felt amazing coming from a 250-400 ms ping. isp sucks here. it was made to have horrible ping for international servers.
my fps have been going down recently. even in dungeon runs or in towns that are not so crowded, game sometimes freezes. tho i’ve read somewhere that ToS was made in a way where every frame has to be sent or validated by the server. This may mean network problems has something to do with the recent fps drops.
