color is the easiest and simpliest to seperate each class type from each other. and it would be the biggest hole that every player would use to abuse the system. And yes you canât change from highlander to pelt, if you want to change the only option would be re-roll you char 
and it is easier for IMC to code.
these whole idea meant to give you an idea and everything meant to have a beginning. In case of Templar, it might be possible to make the system unable to make change on the specific class right what you said. A lot restrictions meant to be used to make this system work 
this can not please everyone but for most people this will work

yes, you canât please everyone unless you make the reset system with no restriction at all which you guy all go against it so bad I know it wouldnât benefit someone, but this system doesnât meant to change the whole built from pvp oriented to pve oriented or sth right that, but meant to make someone built who mistakenly chosen the wrong class and make their built useless, work in some degree

why would you need 6 month cooldown when this can only be used ONCE on each character anyway? but if you would like to add 6month cooldown after you reset on 1 char on another char it sounds fine to me Iâm even okay with 200usd lol but no one would agree on that with you.
I know something still doesnât seem right to you if you can leave any suggestion would be great. Iâve came across a lot of class reset threads and every time it is all about system abused, and dps to support, sorc to wiz3, dps to alchemist this would stop all those in certain degree

200usd idea isnât my idea at all, I said 250 TP it could be anything even 5 TP, but as you sum it up, I would say you could give it for free every 200lv isnât that fair enough ? even people who on the top at lv280 would get it as well. And right now you canât go beyond that lv cap this system is even more harmless since this system canât make your DPS go full support, or any crafting class. opps I forgot to also put Pardoner in. Tell me how it would make them looks so stupid ? this is answer why this will not allow you to change from Highlander to Pelt because it not meant use it that way.
