[Class] Miko Class Thread

Miko (kannu) diev is king of Uphill

it’s pretty obvious. We can have infinite statues, mobs are also drawn towards statues too. And we can also have infinite ausrine :joy:

I mean, when it comes to defense against mobs, I won’t deny that diev statues are beast.

Btw, do you think this is really bug or actually intended?

bumping for great justice

Breaking wheel has a hit cap, so a duration increase would not matter.

Just don’t break it and let the wheel do its own damage. Damage is pretty good even if you don’t hit it, crazy good if you make it last 37 seconds

Another question.

Does [hamaya] trigger the inqui burn attribute?

what miko build should i choose??

Cleric2-Krivis3-Miko-X-Taoist

For x I could go

Cleric3 Also can someone give me a stat allocation for this? what do I do? there are too many skills to want…
15 heal, 15 cure, 5 safety zone, 5 divine might, 1 fade, 4 guardian saint? is that what i do? please helpp…

but with cleric3 i get

  • no one will ever die with 15 heal tiles
  • super safety zone
  • cure will do a ton of damage
  • divine might
  • super fade
  • what does guardian saint do? is it useful in solo play?

Oracle

  • counterspell
  • idk what else

what other options could i go?

another option are
priest1 for

  • resurruction(useful in some grinding spots and ET)
-blessing for double hits of heal bomb(espicially grinding where blessing from pardoner usually reach max hit)
    -monstrance&aspersion aren’t bad too.

kabbalist1 for

  • mana mana battery

Guardian Saint does nothing in solo play [unless you place it directly under some other player on the same map without him wanting it xD] as it just shifts damage from one player to another player for x hits (3-21 maximum during 60 seconds; 90 seconds CD though).
You could make use of the SP/Stamina regeneration increase by simply placing it under anyone randomly as stated above, but that’s basically it, because it requires two players to work…

To lift your illusions on Cleric C3:
It doesn’t work wonders unless it’s in specific builds.

15 heal tiles will not prevent people from dieing, it will only make it a little harder [but it will make it easier for you to become top damage dealer as you can use heal offensively and still have left-over tiles for others to heal with].
Your Safety Zone also doesn’t get any better if you’re just putting 5 points into it. 5 points are 52[skilllevel]+102[attribute] hits blocked, for a total maximum of 34 hits [counting Divine Might and Houki Broom buff], the same as C2 Cleric has got.
Divine Might at 5 also has no pros above C2 Cleric.
Fade on 1 is nearly useless [you don’t really need it because Taoist has got Dark Sight, though], while a lvl 10 Fade could be kept up eternally with Dievdirbys’ Laima buff…

In the end only Heal&Cure damage are worth it for damaging builds.

There’s also the option of Pardoner to make some $$$ with Daino Scrolls.

Kabbalist C1 is not really worth it unless you want to save money on SP pots or boost your survivability by increasing your max HP/blocking 1 attack every ~40 seconds with R7fold.

Oracle is still the quirky Oracle with lots of skills at C1 that are not so useful. Prophecy is really good, though, because it protects you from getting “status-ailed”. That’s ± the only weakness your current build has, because if you’re caught with Sleep/Frozen/Stone Curse you’re disabled until it wears off. Let’s hope you placed Aukuras nearby to help with this 1st, otherwise feel free to enjoy several controlless seconds. Status ailments aren’t that bad in TOS,though, so maybe Oracle isn’t needed anyway [unless you like RNG-rerolling and tanking magic damage from within Counterspell].

You could also choose a very unpopular one like Sadhu C1 to deal damage with OOB autoattacks [which aren’t affected by Blessing, thus don’t use up Blessing hits while dealing continuous damage with autoattacks based on your matk], stagger+mob monsters with Astral Body Explosion and move your body around with Praktiri (useful to flee from enemies attacks if you can leave the AoE in time that way).

Or Paladin C1 for additional HP&SP regeneration and resist elements, which boosts your magic damage by reducing the magic def of nearby enemies.
Don’t forget Smite&Turn Undead, as they’re quite useful as fillers/killers,too, even on non-patk based builds (if you’re using maces that is,though).

Or go Bokor C1 for Effigy-spamming while your other skills are on CD /gg (not recommended because it will eat your SP like ftw).

There are so many possibilities and it’s hard to make a solid choice at the current state the game is in. We’re ± halfway content-wise [lvl 330 of 500-600 planned, Rank 8 of at least 11 if not 12 planned] and we don’t know what other classes can/will be offering later on [especially new attributes can power up seemingly useless skills like Merkaba e.g.], so just watch some videos and choose the one Circle with the best skills

so then is it between paladin c1 oracle c1 and cleric c3? those seem to be the best choices

but i cant decideeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I’d get Ora1 for item rerolls and bot killing, can’t see pally1 fit in that
C2-K3-Miko-x-Tao build.
^ build is already nice dps wise, support/utility of Priest1 or Ora1 for party play would be better imo.
Diev1 is also a viable choice imo.
Go Cleric3 if you want those bubble wrap heal tiles, but don’t expect much from more heal tiles/cure hits or GuardianSpirit as @Adeodatus pointed out.

This is not true, guardian saint only affects members of your party

I’m same as you kriiokrio… I can’t decide.

but right now I have only 2 choice in my mind.
Oracle or Diev…

diev is pretty good choice if you are only diev in pt. reduce cd/sp is something pretty good as support & dps.
but diev c1 will become useless if you have another diev in pt.

while

oracle pretty useful if fight with magic mob. And if imc decide to fix miko bug. (clap) . oracle will become pretty good choice.

Kannushi diev inquis vids PvE

Note the clap on ausrine => ausrine 5 times possible

Clap level 6 (divine might) = +30 seconds duration of statue
Ausrine duration is 30seconds statue => 60 seconds statue.
Clap cooldown 34 seconds. Around 20 seconds statue left => another clap.

After 6 (divine might) ausrine uses solo => another ausrine up (80s cd with attribute).

Means miko dievs can solo everything with perma invulnerability (?)

It can support >= 5 buffing because he used divine might and created Ausrine statue. The clap itself does not extend this limit (it does extend statue lifespan to allow creating another Ausrine which does effectively give unlimited invulnerability if you are soloing).

If he constructed the Laima statue before Ausrine, the cooldown of Ausrine (and clap) can be reduced further making it much easier to pull off.

I thought Miko only increases the statues’ lifespan, not the actual “invulnerability” (icon on top) duration, which is extended (frozen) by Melstis?

Basically like a Swordi (Pelt or Rodolero) who’s actively guarding by pressing C(?). I bet they’ll rather improve the A.I. to spam CCs on the statues to spread them all around rather than nerfing the current skills.

About Guardian Saint: could be, it worked on randoms for me on some occasions, might be a random bug of the game then. like so many others that make it actually hard to tell the difference between actual intended gameplay feature and bug…

Yes, which is why Melstis is needed if you want entire party to be invulnerable indefinitely.

The Ausrine + Clap rotation is only good for perma-invulnerability if you are alone, since 5-6x Ausrine buff refresh is more than enough to cover the Ausrine cooldown period.
