That’s not a venom proc, that’s zhendu the wugushi poison team buff.

I only heard of / seen venom proccing of offhand attacks, nothing else.

i see i thought its a venom proc effect… still ignition burning counts as a debuff for incinerate?

Aspiring dps/pve Bokor here. I’ve combed through the entire thread’s info to the best of my abilities and this is what I’ve created. My expected stat distribution is all int w/ some con (is spr necessary?) and a healthy focus on both effigy+zombies. Most top bokor builds on tosbase neglect zombies and I find that a little sad.

I have some concerns about my point distributions and other general questions.

There are a lot of people recommending at least 1 point into deprotect zone but I don’t understand why. People seem to admit that it falls off in the game and pandemic can’t spread it.

Do I need a higher level of zombify since my damballa is maxed? And the revive + damballa combo is gone, right?

Does the movement buff from samediveve round down when you cast it at an even level?

How does pandemic work? The skill description is vague when it states to “apply a maximum of x times.” Does that mean it can spread all of the debuffs on one enemy to x number of enemies within the circle?

Does the duration from PD’s incinerate suddenly decrease if a debuff times out? Or does it snapshot the amount of debuffs at the moment of casting to determine its duration?

Rank 6 also confused me for a while. I know the general idea behind alternative R6 picks (druid for another AOE, oracle/krivis for support & utility, etc.) but I’m open to suggestions for anything else that might yield higher dps than picking pardoner.

Hexing 5 is enough, you could use the points to max samediveve (and yeah it does round down)
rest is fine.
for rank 6 Oracle is nice to have for more prophercy, counterspell and more SP, this way you dont really need more then 1 point into bloodletting and can max incineration + healing factor at rank 7. For pandemic i’m not sure if 4 or 3 points wouldn’t be better.
However most of the koreans i see go for pardoner

It snapshots the amount of debuffs and runs off that.

Because it can still be used to increase Incinerate’s duration.

Preferably. However I do find it hard to sustain the amount of zombies during boss battles (such as missions and dungeon bosses). Not sure about the Revive combo, as I’m not a Priest.

I reached bokor c1 today and yeah I think I might lower hexing to 5. I was afraid that the low level would be troublesome with the smaller AOE ratio but its range is pretty abysmal to begin with. I guess linker has spoiled me a bit.

I’m still conflicted about rank 6 but I suppose it’ll be a while until I get there. Thanks for the advice.

Just to double check, we STILL have not gotten the 3x zombie stats buff right?

Heard that mackangdal can work with zombies in damballa, so they explode and never die. Not sure if it works now. You are free to try it when you reach C3. =) I’m gonna skip it.

Yes, keep samedi at odd numbered levels.

For R6, you could either go druid for carnivory (more single target DPS), or pard for extending debuffs duration and making scrolls.

Pandemic works by making a circle around you and the monsters in the circle will receive the same debuffs from the target monster. Sorry, lazy to find the videos for linking haha, but I have seen how it works on some videos.

hmm i really like to combine kriv>tao and bokor>pd so i can still dps while storm call + zaibas is on cd with hex+pandamic+effigy and vice versa

is it ok to go
cleric2>kriv2>bokor2>pd>tao?
or
cleric>kriv2>bokor3>pd>tao?
or
cleric>kriv3>bokor2>pd>tao?

and also semi-afk farm with zombies XD(if possible)

Hi Sixaxis!! I simply loved your guide. I have read all the questions and comments on this topic!! it took me about 2 days and some hours. But it was worth it!!! I became with this build after reading all of this:

This build is based on a pure CON/SPR tanky killer build. This build would be pure CON with a litle of about 50 SPR. The SPR is mostly to combine with pardoner/priest skills, for the mana pool and for extra, i get not having to use so much mana potion on the way.

Although i am completly decided about cleric2-bokor2-xx-xx-PD2, i still have some doubts about the pardoner/priest way. Pardoner basically for the Discerning Evil and Increase Magic Defense skills. Priest for purely ress skill. I have read that you dont see a point in taking Priest 1 since i wouldnt take priest 2, but i have seen a lot of 5v5 and gvg beeing turned around with it.

I also am taking no points into INT, since i read a topic, that i dunno how to link, but the credit goes to @MangKanor_PH, and are as follows:
"question for that would be, 1k - 1.5k more damage or 21k more max hp?

if PVE DPS is your concern, go for higher INT.
if you want PVP and don’t want to get 1 shotted (without Kabbalist Revenged Sevenfold buff), go for full CON.

A. (2 con, 3 int)
= (111 + 660 + 300 + 473)
= 1544 (1st & 2nd)
= (1544 * 2.23) to (1544 * 3.11)
= 3443 to 4801 (3rd)

B. (full con)
= (185 + 286 + 300 + 473)
= 1244 (1st & 2nd)
= (1244 * 2.23) to (1244 * 3.11)
= 2774 to 3868 (3rd)

Therefore, i opted for Animus and more HP.

I heard that maybe pardoner might not be the best choice since PDcircle2 has the 2 overheat and time duration Incineration. Maybe then oracle? for the counterspell? How well is it on 5x5 PVP or GVG.

Sorry but that calculation is wrong and M. Amp is only worth 50% of it’s value on matk, sou you only get 20% of your HP recovery in Matk.

I’m going with that exact build only that instead of Pardoner I pick either Oracle or Miko if it’s available.

I would also like to know @Sixaxis opinions on the build and how big is the difference for a Bokor 3 and if I should trade utility for a little more damage.

keep pardoner, really good class, keeps 100% uptime on incin and discerning evil is no joke

Since you can use Zombie capsules in TBL (now?), Kabbalist Bokors are having fun making very efficient R7 Zombombs, killing Archers even when they simply autoattack them!

too bad though zombie capsules summon only 1 zombie and with a 27 sec cd

Could do Cleric1>>Krivis2>>Bokor1>>Cleric2>>Krivis3>>PD1>>Taoist so that you get your dps skills early, or you can go bokor1 at rank 5 instead so that you heal early.

is bokor 1 enough as a filler damage class to spam after using zaibas + storm calling?

I have a friend who was lvl 270 Cleric2-Diev3-Druid1-PD1.

He rerolled to Cleric2-Bokor1-Diev3-PD1 (he just turned PD yesterday), and according to him it is amazing.

i see then ill probably make 1 then as my main :slight_smile:

can you elaborate? M.Amp on Animus? or M.Amp due to fluctuation? I tested alot about M.Amp and on average i get 75% of it.

M. Amp is 0 to max value according to ToS Mechanics formula, my calculations did not yet consider mdef of the target and other factors, only raw damage to keep things simple.
