She did all the quests on that map and the maps beyond

Seems like an useful bug if you ask me
She needs to finish all her quests in the quest log, it may be from another map. I personally know that there are a few quests like this in dvasia peak. But not only there.
I have the same problem with my wugushi,
It’s not a quest aggro bug, I knew this bug from CBT and tried to clear all my quests and still aggroing like crazy 
It’s insane that a bug that has been reported since cbt still hasn’t even been acknowledged.

aww thanks Zell, well i also resubmitted my support ticket about that but i do not really have high hopes for the staff to even asnwer not to mention fix it
high level spots going to be “fun”
edit: the new support ticket was answered and they said they are working on fixing it, so hopefully at some point my character will be back to normal

aww poor you, yeah i got that response a lot from people at first too but to get it from dev team, heh >.>

I’ve noticed this when I had certain quests active, but I hadn’t completed them. You said you’ve finished all those old quests, though. Maybe try abandoning all your active quests. It sounds like you’ve probably already tried that… But I’m just trying to be helpful.
I’d gladly take that bug from you if that was possible. lol
Can’t say I’m very confident in any sort of IMC support ticket reply, so that “we are aware of it” response is not reassuring.

Seems like my alt highlander has this bug too. I noticed that almost all mobs are running after me, and has a exclamation point above their heads even though some mobs are not always aggressive. My lvl is low (since you mentioned missions, I assume it’s that lvl 100 dungeon thingy in fedimian) so I think it can be triggered differently.
