My character was in tenet chapel map, tried all channels and didn’t work. Created a new character in klaipeda and still got issues, on all the channels I tried. After more than an hour being unable to play, am giving up for tonight
Try to switch the channel 
I got stuck at char select and ended up at the server selection. I was on channel 9 with just one circle of poppulation, switched to a red one and then it worked 
I had the same problem when i teleport to “paupys crossing” (Orsha route) in KLAIPEDA server. In lodge when i tried to log, send me to servers selection screen (i tried every channel)
Sometimes i was able to connect but staying a few seconds in that map and the disconnection message appears. Others characters in same or another server has no problem to log in.
Later i tried again and I was able to leave the map and the problem ended up, but but I haven’t tried to re-enter to that map.

Question too, why with a lvl 59 char i see only 10 channels, and with a new toon i see 40??? O_O
I fixed it… REINSTALLING THE GAME.

Same thing happening to my main character: I click on “start game” and the game goes back to server selection screen. Newly created characters work fine.
Now I’m locked out of my main character right when the weekend starts, when I actually have free time and was hoping to enjoy the game.
First the massive lag and disconnects, terrible restrictions on trading and market, now I can’t even log into my main character. I hope IMC works hard on these problems, because it’s getting hard to stick with this game. Glad I bought the cheaper pack first. I was planning on buying the U$50 one later on, but now it seems like a really bad idea.
Yeah, I am really disappointed with the way the game is being handled, the base game has a lot of potential, it’s a shame to see all that wasted.
I am getting this problem too, restarting the game, reinstalling still wont let me fix this bug. Switching channels doesnt either since I only have two to switchi into ( im doing a quest which puts me in a room inside Klaip).
So I still havent got in for over a day and a half. And I dont think IMC messaging me back for a while.
Unfortunately my 50$s will be going to waste. 
I’m having a similar issue… Server is only showing 9 channels for me now when normally it shows 20 or so.
I’m getting the same issue now. Kicked me out of the game while I was teleporting to Tenet Gardens, and now I can’t log on with him. This is absolutely ridiculous. Seems like I’m not the only one having the issue on that map, either–and all the channels but one are in the red.
Whatever you do… don’t switch to Channel 9 it will crash you back out to the character select, or at least it did with me. Once I went into the actual church it didn’t seem to be an issue… just at Tenet Garden

Having the same issues here. I was playing normally until today 9 p.m. (GMT -3) or so.
Then I got disconnected from my character and everytime I try to login, I stay in for a few seconds/minutes and then get kicked out.
Was planning to play on the weekend and try to get to rank 5, but I guess it’s just a dream, now

I have the same issue,
I have two characters:
For the first character there are 20 selectable channels. When I try to start the game choosing one the channels between 1 - 5, game goes back to character selection screen after ‘Entering the world…’ message appears. Yet, able to enter the world successfully for channels between 6 - 20.
For the second character, there are 8 selectable channels and not able to enter world with choosing any of them.
Therefore, when I create a new character I am not having any problem during connection.
So I think it is related to cached channel data based on the character. I will do some testing by installing the game to another PC and try again to see if this cached data is stored on the client side (local PC) or server side. I will update accordingly once tested.

I have already done that. The issue persists. I can’t log into my 2 characters, and the worst thing is one of them has 2 channels, and the other one has 4. None of them are accessible.
Found the problem, i used 2 account on 1 ping booster, then i use 2 account on 2 ping booster it lets me play smoothly. Try using different ping booster
So cannot share ping booster with another account. ?

I am also able to solve the issue.
Here is what I did:
I have two available internet access provider. I changed my internet access to 2nd one and I was able to login the game. I quit and changed my internet acces back to 1st one, I was still having the issue.
Then I changed to 2nd again and warped to another map in the game and now I am able to connect over my both networks.
So it seems, the issue related with network settings and nothing on the filesystem. It is probably caching the data based on your network IP / settings. So, do not waste your time by re-installing the game all over again and try to connect with a different network IP (resetting the IP or using a proxy service may work).
