Chaplain+Inquisitor

I wonder why wizard’s auto attacks dont need dex to hit things but clerics do. It makes no sense.

Sure, for monk skills and paladin skills and inquistor skills i can see dodges being a thing making sense but for a caster class to rely on dex to auto things kinda annoys me at times

No dude im saying if u wanna roll an Inquisitor Chaplain is a very very bad choice no matter how geared and yes glass mole is highly not for chappy and so does Chapparition If ur a Priest c3 build your bound as a Blessing bot for life not dps The ideal choice would be Pala c3 Conviction to double your God smash strikes or Double punch from monk to trigger the wheel for aoe burst The only rank8 class i can see to abuse the blessing damage is from Taoist the criplling death talisman skill which hits a fk load hits and moves slowly

Int Priest c3 ? Are u still playing 6-10 patches behind us or something ?

Its because Magic in this game has 100% accuracy and cannot crit while phys skills can miss but can crit

To sum up your last three posts.

You are blind and/or havent read anything (or played any class on the ktos r8 patch) about inquisitor or chaplain at all, eh?

さすが monks~

Not even gonna bother spoonfeeding you the info. Read the threads about chaplains, inquisitors and other classes that got stuff through the rank 8 patch in ktos before commenting on things you know nothing about.

lol,
few question
isn’t chaplain+inqui totally can’t work?

isn’t int base really bad for chaplain?

actually op is want play new char or using his/her currently chaplain?

If op chaplain really want be inqui then you want help him/her in their situation or you tell him/her need reroll this is not a game you can choose class what you like, all you need just follow?

Ill give it a shot and try and comprehend that mess of grammar.

OP made this thread to ask if there is any synergy between chaplain and inquisitor.

Int is okay(ish) for chaplain but spirit is better.

Wasnt specifically stated.

Lost me on this one.

sorry my bad english
so conclusion is not bad for chap+inqui just pally+inqui more better right?

There are major differences between the two.

Chap has a lot more utility and buffs to offer where as paladin has nothing but a gimmicky relation with the 30 second cooldown god blow. Also, chap has more dps than any other melee tree in the cleric class. Paladin just doesnt have anything except for barrier and that conviction doubling god smash relation. So no, paladin isnt better by a long shot.

True,
so how about stat? spr chap + inqui or int chap +inqui which one to you think more better in long shot?

Int chaplain is doing a lot better at r8 then a spr variant, due to the lack of spr scaling offensive skills and the nerf to zalciai.
Int is less likely to be good for inquisitor though.

The exact interactions between int & spr on an inquisitor build have not been tested. I wouldn’t recommend you to base a build solely on unconfirmed rumors.

The monk crit builds can outdamage spr chaplains already, and we know dex works wonders on inquisitor.

Paladin’s resist elements got recently buffed for itos, it’s quite good now due to its innate 12-30% ish elemental dmg reduction.
But paladin/monk are both very light on support compared to chaplain.

You don’t even follow that advice yourself you hypocrite.

hm… icic
if hybrid int/dex? but need invest a lot at green gem

You seem to have some trouble with reading. [quote=“Remiri, post:40, topic:325726”]
I would never recommend chap for pve unless you are INT priest3 for some reason.

Note the terms ‘unless’ and ‘for some reason’. This implies that it is not my build.
