not sure… if it decreases defense, then, indirectly, increases p.atak users dmg, so it would be good on party play, but that depends on the amount of defense decrease, i have no clue on how it works, never bothered with this skill.
yes, aspergillum basically makes your auto attack cast aspersion on each hit, it uses the skill lvl and atributes to calculate its dmg.
