I’m not sure why… Maybe you need to raise your trust level on the forum through posting more/getting likes? My trust level is currently “member”, just as @Rob-Mar’s, but yours I can see is “basic user”. I don’t know, just theorizing, but I recommend you to check it from time to time. And thanks for the screenshot, it is the exact location where the edit option would be.

I actually created a support ticket to request for a forum name change. The support people directed me into creating a thread then tagging the staff related to this request. No reply still though
Name change option sometimes just disappear and reappear.
Maybe it would be better to just wait it appear again instead of summoning the staff?
Well, it is really strange.
Keep posting and using the forums, maybe it is related to trust level like @Ainnsworth said, or maybe is just a bug, as said by @_Yuki.
Eitherway, keep this topic up and give it a bump from time to time (one post a day maybe).

I just did a search in google and found out people also requested to change their username by sending a private message to staff.
Guess I will try that method
