I am sorry, but I gotta say this is the most ridiculous server issue I have ever encountered in any sort of online game. It is not about over 7 hours unplayable server. Of course, an major server issue can bring down server for a long period of time, but YOU MUST COMMUNICATE; WE WANTED TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON with updates.
It gives me the feeling that imc does not even care about their own game; imc staffs are lacking of communication skills.
It is clear that the company has no clue how to deal with the community. I would wish NEXON NA was the publisher. Perhaps the western game community for imc are just lab rats.
One of the major issue, imc as a korean company has not recognized, is that we are not all asians, most of us dont like to grind items for less than 0.5%, the game does not feel rewarding enough to keep playing.
