Bug Description : Carve World Tree skill effect (Silence) no longer works, monsters are able to attack and use skills inside AoE effect.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Carve World Tree
- Debuff applies to monsters
- Monsters still able to use attacks/skills inside the area
