I’m also experiencing thew same problem. I’m still learning that None [Lv. 1] skill and it shows 99 minutes always. Can not learn new attribute nor cancel the learning process.

3)restart game

Same here.
I was upgrading my plate att and got this bug after the 30 min required (wasted 10k silver). Today, I was able to upgrade again, so I thought the problem was solved or whatever, so I tried the plate thing again (from lvl 14 to lvl 15) aannnd bugged again (and another 10k wasted). So yeah… 2 days without any upgrades + silver to the trash. Any thoughts? Compesation?
