Ignore our spammy friend here. Fletchers have nothing to do with your DLC issue.
It’s likely some form of security measure to make sure your payment is legitimate, especially if you’ve purchased more than one DLC pack.
Of course, I don’t know for sure, I’m purely guessing here.

Oh wow really? Hmm! That does seem really odd… It’s likely a bug in that case.
