iirc you cant, or at least the drops doesnt seems to be doubled.
Aren’t Elites already always “swollen”? and cant double “swell”

thing is, someone swelled an elite and get double vaivora drops from it
probally he lied, or it was an unknown feature in ep12
cause i’m very sure than elite mobs always drop 2 items since the beginning, and you can’t swell them, but i assume there is 2 reasons:
1: IMC forgot to remove “twice the drop” from elite mobs, they should only drop 1 vaivora
2: it is just a feature

in case of vaivora, elite only drop 1 vaivora from my experience hunting elite with archer.
i can only found this september 2018 artifact from the entire forum

By the way, can we use oracle to reset elite mobs’ loot for vaivora ?
